1- To participate in aquatic activities it is essential to know how to swim and be in normal physical condition.
2- The client must inform about possible incapacitating conditions, such as cardiovascular diseases, paraplegia, nervous or psychological problems, pregnancy, etc… before contracting any activity.
3- Minors must have permission or be accompanied by a responsible person.
4- The client undertakes not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, as well as any other medication that may affect his/her ability to react. If this is the case and after assessing your situation, you may be denied access to the activity, without the right to a refund.
5- The client must take responsibility for the material assigned to him/her for the development of the activity and must pay the full amount if, due to carelessness or negligence, he/she damages or misplaces it.
6- AVALANCHA is not responsible for the loss or damage of customers’ personal belongings.
7- AVALANCHA reserves the right of admission to all organised activities.
8- To confirm a booking, the client must pay 60% of the total amount or 70% of the total amount in the case of groups of more than 12 people. The remaining amount is to be paid at the office before the start of the activity.
9- Prices are per person and include the direct services offered by AVALANCHA with VAT included and for the group indicated. The price includes the necessary technical material, both individual and collective.
Regardless of how many people show up for the activity, AVALANCHA will charge the number of people contracted in principle. Unless they give at least 2 days’ notice.
10- CANCELLATIONS
If the client cancels the activity previously contracted, he/she must pay the following percentages as management fees:
25% of the total amount, within 5 days before the start of the first activity.
50% of the total amount, within 48 hours prior to the start of the activity.
100% of the activity in case of no-show or cancellation on the same day.
11- Any decision taken by the guide during the development of the activity, in relation to safety, will have to be respected by the client, otherwise the guide may cancel the activity, without the right to any refund.
12- Avalancha reserves the right to modify the programme of activities, totally or partially, if it is for reasons beyond its control (weather, condition of some participants, variations in the flow, adverse conditions, etc…). Assessing the situation with a view to possible repayment.
13- From the confirmation of the booking, the customer expressly assumes the entirety of these General Conditions.
